How it all started

Hey there! I’m Winston. After spending more than 20 years in the corporate world trying to please my boss(es) in the endless hope of getting a raise, sitting through mind numbing meetings and suffering inane office politics to last a lifetime, I realised something. If I was going to be frustrated at work, it might as well be my own fault! It was time to be my own boss!

​Thus began my journey into the unknown peddling cookies and brownies and anything else I dare to whip up. Why baking? It's what I do to de-stress. It's my happy place and how I decompress from unreasonable deadlines, vague and unconstructive feedback, and general unpleasantness.

 

So now, work for me has now become my happy place. My kitchen is my office, and the smell of freshly baked goodies is my new morning coffee. The best part is I get to see more of my wife and kids since now I’m always home!
